I am a native New Yorker, where I grew up on Long Island and attended Syracuse University. I have split my time between Boston and Chicago over the last two decades. My career has taken lots of twists and turns throughout the years, ranging from but not limited to non-profit fundraising, corporate consulting, real estate, restaurant consulting, personal styling, and retail management. I have managed to work at some of the best boutique stores in the country selling some of the finest products from around the US and the world.
I have finally brought my past experiences and knowledge together with my master trade skill of barbering with the launch of Verapaz Studio. I ultimately found my passion in helping others feel confident and find the style that works best for them and their lives, tastes, and preferences. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share, and I will be able to do so during my premium barbering experiences utilizing the best products I have found over the years. I specialize in short to medium-length hair, and I can absolutely give you a great bald fade, tame curly hair, and provide the best shave experience—I am not fazed by any challenge. Allow me the opportunity to work with you to give you the best haircut experience possible and help achieve your personal style and relaxation goals.
